Prima Plus is an acoustic wall compatible with the Prima Iso box:The Prima Iso box was developed to primarily block sound waves emitted by the compressor of your air conditioning unit. To improve its acoustic performance, we created Prima Plus, an acoustic wall that attaches to the front of the Prima Iso box. This acoustic wall, complementary to the box, blocks sound waves generated by the fan.
Prima Plus can be easily added to an already installed box.
Our Prima Plus soundproof wall is available in two standard sizes or custom-designed.

Note, our Prima Plus acoustic wall cannot be used alone. A box + wall combination is essential!
- Hydrophobic polyethylene soundproofing panels, 50mm thick. Closed-cell polyethylene foam specifically adapted for outdoor applications. The foam is flame-retardant, controlled to B1 according to DIN 4102. The insulator has been UV stabilized and offers excellent weather resistance.
- 3.5mm “mass-loaded” EPDM viscoelastic underlayer. EPDM insulator provides exceptional absorption capacity at low frequencies.
- 3mm composite aluminum facing. The sound-absorbing material is bonded with anti-vibration glue, further reducing sound wave transmission.
Our solutions have been tested in a semi-anechoic chamber under near-realistic conditions and in accordance with current standards.
The average acoustic attenuation observed on the Prima Iso box is 5dB.
The average acoustic attenuation observed on the Prima Plus wall when combined with the Prima Iso box is 10dB.
